We turned this half of a lot-splitting garage into an efficient garden cottage. Through the use of intelligent spacial design, all the features of a guest house fit into just under 200 square feet. An upgraded insulation package and high efficiency ductless heat pump keep it quiet and comfortable. Solid hardwood floors, tile shower surround, tile bath floor, and skylight add a high-end touch.
