Cost-effective conversion

This accessory dwelling unit was constructed by utilizing an existing alleyway garage. We were able to build a small addition to create a 576 SF one bedroom home, complete with laundry and storage. Our partnership with a local non-profit means that this unit will become a long-term affordable rental property for someone with disabilities.
