This accessory dwelling unit was designed and built for a lively octogenarian couple who were relocating to live with their daughter. Designed to compliment the original historical character of the main house, this ADU is a bright and cheery space. Bright colors and lots of glazing take advantage of the southern orientation to create warmth.
